Once the new drainage had been secured it was time to commence work on laying the foundations for the new building, starting by digging out the ground ready for the concrete to be poured.

Once the old drainage system had been removed it was time to install the new system although at this stage it needed temporary support until the next stage of the project was completed.

Once work had started on preparing the ground, one of the biggest challengers was to remove the very large rocks from the area This rock was to prove quite a challenge to remove due to its very large and heavy weight

At the start of 2022 I was contacted by a previous customer to demolish an old unused outbuilding and replace it with a new extension to be built in stone matching her existing property. Once all the required architecture plans had been approved and materials ordered the work could commence.
