In 2022 I was contacted by a customer enquiring about having a large extension built in stone to match the existing property. The project was to take place over a couple of years, the timing of which beyond my control.
Whilst all the plans had already been drawn up and approved, work began by preparing the site and amending the Drainage system before I could begin to lay the Foundation.
Once the foundations had been dug and concreted I could begin to build on the foundations.
Concrete slab laid, I was able to commence working on the ‘tanking’ of the extension required due to its proximity of the neighbours garden and external building.
